Do you already have plenty of vases at home? Don't worry, we can make a beautiful bouquet in a wrap for you to take home and place in your own vase. We will also include a small water pocket to help keep the flowers fresh. Our bouquets feature a variety of blooms depending on availability and seasonality.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Non-refundable Sales Policy:
This policy applies to all products sold by Floral Dimensions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products that have been purchased. If a customer cancels an order prior to delivery, the customer will receive store credit for the full amount of the order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit code. The store credit may be used towards future in-person or phone orders.
Exceptions: If Floral Dimensions delivers an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt.

I needed an floral arrangement for my daughter. She was traveling with her school to NC from VA I couldn't make it to celebrate with her. So I decided to send her a floral arrangement. I googled floral dimensions & loved the wrap of the flowers instead of the vase. I called early Friday morning and spoke with Jose he was very patient & nice. Understood everything I was looking for to make my daughters 20th bday special. I thank him & his staff for everything. Jose sent me pictures of the arrangement to make sure it was okay. The delivery was also very nicely done. Every step I was aware of the delivery process. My daughter was surprised & loved it!
