Jose and the whole Floral Dimensions team are spectacular! I ordered what turned out to be a complicated delivery, because of issues with a hospital stay. They stayed calm and locked in and finally delivered what turned out to be a beautiful arrangement that was extremely well received. Five plus stars. Highly recommend!

Non-refundable Sales Policy: This policy applies to all products sold by Floral Dimensions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products that have been purchased. If a customer cancels an order prior to delivery, the customer will receive store credit for the full amount of the order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit code. The store credit may be used towards future in-person or phone orders. Exceptions: If Floral Dimensions delivers an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt.
