We had the Dutchman bouquet sent to friends who recently relocated to Durham. It was a nice house warming gift for them and to remind them that they are missed. Wow!!! A great experience from beginning to end! I sent a gorgeous tulip arrangement to a friend of my daughter’s to thank her for helping with my daughter’s surgery recovery. She was thrilled with the arrangement. I will definitely be using Floral Dimensions in the future! Thank you!

Thank you for taking a good care of my order. My daughter loved the arrangement. She is a student in Durham and now I know where to go when I need to send her flowers.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Non-refundable Sales Policy:
This policy applies to all products sold by Floral Dimensions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products that have been purchased. If a customer cancels an order prior to delivery, the customer will receive store credit for the full amount of the order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit code. The store credit may be used towards future in-person or phone orders.
Exceptions: If Floral Dimensions delivers an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt.
