Non-refundable Sales Policy:
This policy applies to all products sold by Floral Dimensions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products that have been purchased. If a customer cancels an order prior to delivery, the customer will receive store credit for the full amount of the order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit code. The store credit may be used towards future in-person or phone orders.
Exceptions: If Floral Dimensions delivers an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt.

This was for my Dutch stepdad. He loves tulips! They passed his stamp of approval. Lovely arrangement and it brought joy to him!! Brought back memories of living in Holland. Thanks so much!!
