The staff worked with me to assemble a couple of beautiful orchid plants together with a succulent in a single planter. My mother was thrilled and my sister confirmed that it was lovely. I'm a bit perplexed by the accompanying photo, which is not of my plant.

I called with a vague idea about an orchid arrangement for my daughter’s new place, and the designer patiently worked with me to create a stunning architectural arrangement with a lovely, fresh and abundantly blooming orchid with accent succulents in a cool container. Wonderful service, fair price, prompt delivery and - best of all - a super kind and talented floral designer. She LOVED her gift! Highly recommend.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Non-refundable Sales Policy:
This policy applies to all products sold by Floral Dimensions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products that have been purchased. If a customer cancels an order prior to delivery, the customer will receive store credit for the full amount of the order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit code. The store credit may be used towards future in-person or phone orders.
Exceptions: If Floral Dimensions delivers an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt.
