I am not located in Durham, but I needed to get someone a bouquet fast! I went to my normal florist’s website but they were not accepting orders, so I googled local florists and found this site. My arrangement arrived same day and looked almost exactly like the photo! Y’all are stuck with me now. I was able to track the delivery and see exactly when they arrived. 10/10 highly recommend. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Non-refundable Sales Policy:
This policy applies to all products sold by Floral Dimensions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products that have been purchased. If a customer cancels an order prior to delivery, the customer will receive store credit for the full amount of the order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit code. The store credit may be used towards future in-person or phone orders.
Exceptions: If Floral Dimensions delivers an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt.
