This policy applies to all products sold by Floral Dimensions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products that have been purchased. If a customer cancels an order prior to delivery, the customer will receive store credit for the full amount of the order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit code. The store credit may be used towards future in-person or phone orders.
Exceptions: If Floral Dimensions delivers an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt.

We had the BEST experience with Floral Dimensions. Jose responded quickly to our special request, he offered several options, and provided excellent communication throughout the process. Scott was wonderful on the delivery front and was kind and accommodating even when we had messed up part of the delivery information on our end. I recommended them to the rest of the team for future floral needs.
