Non-refundable Sales Policy:
This policy applies to all products sold by Floral Dimensions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products that have been purchased. If a customer cancels an order prior to delivery, the customer will receive store credit for the full amount of the order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit code. The store credit may be used towards future in-person or phone orders.
Exceptions: If Floral Dimensions delivers an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Same day delivery was quick. I helped my out of town friend order flowers for a family member and they accommodated us both. Me with the order and her with the message. They sent her pictures of the arrangement before it was delivered and she was quite pleased. I would definitely order flowers from them again.
