In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Non-refundable Sales Policy:
This policy applies to all products sold by Floral Dimensions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products that have been purchased. If a customer cancels an order prior to delivery, the customer will receive store credit for the full amount of the order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit code. The store credit may be used towards future in-person or phone orders.
Exceptions: If Floral Dimensions delivers an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt.

I was very pleased with my experience. They were very helpful with helping me with choosing my floral bouquet. The arrangement was very beautiful and more than I had imagined. They were delivered the same day. And my friend loved the bouquet.

A dear friend was ill and went into a rehab center. I called Floral Dimensions, and as always, they jumped into action. They helped me design a colorful,cheerful,and uplifting floral arrangement. Then they delivered it quickly. I was able to do this on the phone with the helpful staff who took the time to make sure all the details were correct. Whenever I need to use flowers/ plants to express my friendship and caring I go to Floral Dimensions !!!.

I called the store to order flowers for my niece . Not only was the woman who answered nice and professional, and delivered promptly. The flowers were very fresh and really beautiful. Exceptional "Ritz Carlton" service. I felt like an old friend when I placed my order on the phone. No bad attitude about a phone order. The lady cared about every detail of what I requested. The recipient called the florist "top notch". Beautiful bouquet. Was my second use of the store. They are permanently in my contacts.
