In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Non-refundable Sales Policy:
This policy applies to all products sold by Floral Dimensions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products that have been purchased. If a customer cancels an order prior to delivery, the customer will receive store credit for the full amount of the order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit code. The store credit may be used towards future in-person or phone orders.
Exceptions: If Floral Dimensions delivers an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Floral Dimensions was so easy to work with. As I live out of town, I called in the order with a few specific requests, ordering as a Mother’s Day gift for a family member who lives in Durham area. Everything was perfect, I received several text messages with updates as they were making the delivery. The photo I received from my family member showed a beautiful arrangement, perfect for a Mother’s Day gift, creative and just lovely! In addition to the beauty of the arrangement, I especially appreciate the effort gone into communicating with me along the way about the delivery and not leaving me in the dark.
