Trust our designers to create a beautiful, low and lush arrangement for any occasion. Using whatever flowers that are available the day of delivery, our designer will create the arrangement in a low vase.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Non-refundable Sales Policy:
This policy applies to all products sold by Floral Dimensions. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for products that have been purchased. If a customer cancels an order prior to delivery, the customer will receive store credit for the full amount of the order. Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card or store credit code. The store credit may be used towards future in-person or phone orders.
Exceptions: If Floral Dimensions delivers an incorrect item or a product that is defective or damaged upon receipt.

I was pleased with Mr. Jose taking my order. I was especially pleased when he informed me that they contacted the family prior to delivery to assure that someone was aware that the delivery was forth coming. Additionally, he notified me of a date change for delivery because of the family’s absence. Please thank him for me. Sue McLaurin
